Why I would live in a tiny house

I would live in a tiny house for multiple reasons. Here are a list of reasons that I would live in a house of less than 200 sq. ft.

1.It would give me so much freedom.

Living in a tiny house, especially one on a trailer, would give me freedom in multiple ways. It would give me financial freedom because I would be able to pay off the house so quickly. I would also give me freedom to live wherever I would like and take my house with me. It would also give me freedom from stuff, because someone is going to live in a tiny house than they have to downsize tremendously, and only carry the essentials.

2.The Price

The price of a tiny house is very inexpensive compared to a suburban home or living in an apartment for many years. The price of a tiny house if I were to build one is about $10,000 to $15,000. Whereas a normal sized house is easily $125,000+. It costs less even if I were to buy a pre-built house. A house that is already built would cost around $50,000. Which is still cutting the cost of an average sized house in half.

3.Easier to maintain

There is less square footage which mean that it take less time, and energy to maintain it. It will take less time to clean the house.

4. More time

Less time maintaining the house would mean more time to do other things that I enjoy.

5.Less environmental impact.

It uses fewer resources to build and maintain, so it is much more friendly to the environment.

6.The bills would cost less.

With less space, you would also use less energy to heat and cool the house, and less water. Overall you would have to pay as much per month in bills.

Overall it is much more appealing to live in a tiny house for many reasons.
